1. Scope

This policy applies to the following one-off services : Copy Audit, Hero Copy Booster, Email Lifecycle Sprint.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Window (before delivery)
• You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment and before we deliver any materials (video, PDF, copy or design files).
• Once the first deliverable is sent, the order becomes non-refundable.

3. Split-Payment Orders (> 400 €)
• The initial 50% kickoff fee is non-refundable.
• The remaining 50% is refundable only under the 14-day window stated above.

4. Retainer “Conversion Growth Partner”
• No refunds on monthly fees already paid.
• You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice; work continues until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks
Any chargeback voids this guarantee and terminates further work until resolved.

6. How to request a refund
Email billing@resultcopyworks.com with your order ID and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
